that's a typical drop once in awhile quit rare but very unfavorable so id say it isnt worth anything
im not too sure but i would just merch them(salvage mods off if u want) as for the stormbow it is worth 52 gold but get a check on the eternal...
yeah with ur regen of 4 u still actually gain energy if u keep moving with storm djinn's on just a lot slower
