Ok i have uninstalled guild wars... i clicked install and it gets stuck at connecting to arena.net the internet is on plz any sugguestions?

the problem is i cant connect to arena.net it gets stuck at connecting to arena.net i have uninstalled GW and clicked install it gets stuck at...

Ok i got off to download the new patch. And I have been stuck at zero for like 4 hours. It says connecting to Arena.net. I have tried repeatedly...
