That is iffy as I have seen it restock and then buy it and have the item still be instock. The trader might wait until it has x number of an item...

This wasn't a subtle nerf it was more like a complete nerf to ever previously farmable location in Tyria. Litteraly everthing down to the char...

No after restocking nothing happens. The price resets or lowers. It doesen't stay that high or spike more after the restock. It at best stays...

Why? ANet doesn't ban people for their chat posts at all. I have since ANet screenies of far worse being done in local and they do nothing at...

The profession changing gives back all refund points I also just do UW or FoW last and after 1 quest I have all 24 points back.
