Probably salvage for the sundering mod, unless you can find a buyer for 50k (very unlikely) Or let someone else pay to make the gamble.

Merchant IMO, might get a few gold but not worth effort.

1: Merchant 2: 5k if there is a condition or negative on dmg, 1000k+ if there isnt. 3: merchant 4: merchant 5: merchant 6: merchant

This isnt worth anything. I would sell to merchant, as its only 11%. The point of -5 energy is that you get dmg always, and -5 energy is the best...
