If you don't mind blues, just get the 15% stance battle axe from the desert and put two mods on it.

300k seems fair. Seeing as it is a warrior weapon as opposed to a ranger weapon(rangers have 3 pips) as db said, will cut your energy supply by alot.

20-30k. -5 isn't all that bad on rangers but yes, rangers are reliant enough on energy.

Sell them to the merchant.

3-5k at most.
