Mini Nornbear is around 75k-80k and the Celestial Sword is around 30k-40k w/o any other mods.

Off the top of my head atm the Woe Spreader is around 3k-5k since it is a common green to be farmed in Factions.

8k-12k @ Q10 in my honest opinion. Fiery Gladiuses often follow a similar price table as the FDS.
