Expert Salvage for either mod since the hammer isn't max dmg. Both mods are very nice and you should get 25-30k for either mod easy.
I would say 750gp tops. I would prob expert salvage it for the enchantment grip, but then again that's not gonna fetch more than 1k either so...
It's +5 vs physical which isn't that great (+5 Defense is ~5k mod, +5vs physical is shop sell for me). The bow isn't even max dmg....
