U can easily get a gold 13^50% flamberge for around 8-10k range. but the one u put up for price check isnt worht anything.
The half moon is minumum 30-40k and the composite is about 5-10k

Me to answer your question. And in the forums people will pay more gladly to have a rare and unique item.
Any shield with 30 Life always will have a base price of 60-80k the rest depends on secondary mods, skin, req and preference of the buyer.
