good point, prophecies items did take major hit after factions.
max perfect weapons with +5 energy now drop from chests and monsters, also end game crafters from faction also offer max weapons with +5 energy.
the way that some ppl been throwing around money, it may reach 100 and up, but who knows. stick it in high end.
its 8 points off max, maybe valuable to a clooector who might want it for the skin.....

maybe u typed wrong, r u sure its not v.s Hexed foes, cause u typed while hexed. The max for while hexed is 20%...
