emerald blades are pretty cruddy, q9 25-30e, q10 15-20e, q11 80-100k, q12/13 60kish-80k bladed 50-60e, nice +30hp and a second mod is always nice...

10-15k imo...........

8eish fast cast line isnt that useful

15-25e, imo, theres quite a few forbiddens
