It can't go hot too fast because i got outside cooling and it cant go too hot in 3 seconds of play(Sometimes 3 hours Oo)

I have laptop, i cant clock my graphic card. I tried at low detalis, this dont helped. On highest details my game working good(i have about 40 fps...
