oo update, i just got a quest to go to LA but the arrow doesn't tell me where to go it just says meet lionguard figo in lion's arch

i dont know how to link the accounts, it only gives me options of factions and nightfall on the boats.

Here's the deal. I have a prophecies character, whom I took to factions. Later, I bought nightfall and took him from prophecies to nightfall....
