General Question on Ranger skills

I was wondering if preperations stack? for example ignite and poison and kindle....i read that read the winds does not stack with these thats why...

Thanx a lot for the advice.....but what skills would be extra good in PVP along the ranger side if i were to go PvP using axe?

I have tried to make an W/N,but i found that it needed a healer prety badly, then i mad a W/Me but that was just a mistake...so now here i am...
