Pretty good stats on the staff - you're going to have a very difficult time finding someone who wants the smiting/illusion combo though, I bet.

Hmm... IF it really is a smithing staff, it may be worth FORTUNES =). Otherwise, probably 6K tops (bad req, single speed bonus)
