It cant be gold if it's +10% in stance......I've never seen dmg mods lower than 10% so I dont think you can find one with 8%.

You need to post the type of weapon/shield it is. A large majority of ppl pay more or less depending on what it looks like.

Wrong....ppl do like serpent axes, infact you should prepare to pay ALOT for a serpent axe with the stats you're asking for.
