Loading problems

Well I reinstalled the client and its now connecting. I say that it's fixed temporarily because this is exactly what I think I did last time...

I thought that it could have been caused by having other programs on, but I tried it again with none on. All the specs meet the minimum...

The problem occurs on all of my characters. There's no actual error message, what happens it that it will say connecting and it will be at 0%...
