its req8 and its a shinobi blade, its pretty rare wouldn't let it go for less than 50e tbh.

its been a win/lose situation since gw2, you can demand anything for it and then again who else left would be interested?
no, you pull them aswell. when you pop the camp, make sure you sliver down the beserkers first, use the camp and the skele ranged mobs to fuel...
its req10 , it won't get to a stack let alone 200e.
