8 days just to change password

How long does it take to contact support?

They can take everything but event items and birthday gifts! Now im a little bit terrified

Maybe I got indeed hacked, I havent played for 2 years or more.

I started ticket at 10 of april and still they are "investigating". for 6 days, since i gt any reply 12. Is there anyway to speed this up?...

Hello Im a returning player, but forgot my password and game didnt send me email required to change my password so I contacted support 3 days ago...
