Where is the best place to farm and has good drops?

i think this game pertaines to 50% skill and 50% money. I farm all over and i only make 80k at a time i am very skillful and working on my 2nd 15k...

i finially cleared the charr alter in the pre searing i dont have pics tho

the closest ive been with getting the charr is the very begging b/c i always get a monk and they want to tank instead of smite and heal.
