Oh my god, that sucks, thats happened to me too, but i was clicking the sell button to fast. At least it wasn't a sup absorption.
I would prefer it being max damage, but it isn't necessary. The only reason I want one is for the extra energy.
Wow nice axe, those go for a lot. I'm not an expert, but I'd say around 200k or more for the second one, not sure about the 1rst one though.

The only place they are dropped is in the Underworld, but the odds of getting one are pretty low. You can also buy them at rare material traders...
