the deadly cesta i got has 7-13 damage +15 energy -1 energy regen the divine symbol i also use energy +8 energy +15 -1 energy regen and health +30...

There is a collector out side of bloodstone fen that is where I got my rod from. But the draw back is you lose 1 in energy regen.
