purples in pre are pretty rare. the mods can appear on any purple now. maybe a few hundred gold or a k to someone in pre who is after purps
cant really see them that well. maybe post stats or enlarge
a few k tops. maybe salvage for 5/1 or armor +7 as you can get a few k for either. remember to use an expert salvage kit
