Near Perfect Earth Staff (20% REcharge) (10% Cast Speed)

Near Perfect Earth Staff (10% Cast time) (20% Recharge time) Req9.

Perfect Req 9 Earth Staff (10%/10%) and very near perfect Req 8 Fire Rod (5^50, 9%)

PC on Perfect Gold Eternal Shield (Req 8).

Been a long time..
