If I didnt already have one, I'd buy it. mines req. 12 though i gues its because of the perfect upgrades that makes this staff so much more...

I currently have a +5>50% energy 10% Recharge air wand but its not max dmg, its only 10-20dmg, req.7 I'm seeking to upgrade to a max dmg...

around 200k. i think 400k is too high.

I payed 100k for a similar airwand before the greens came. not sure now.

i'd say around 50k i would choose mprove recharge over speed but meh, at least its perfect =D

I'd say 5k at max... if someone offered 15k as someone said, take it. the inherent mod which is quick recovery from blind isnt that great...
