Raiser, the 20% Casting is to all Illusion spells, it takes away 20% of the time limit to cast .. lol~~

Yeah, 50-60 normal pricing for those, but Handaxe did get quite common, so if you really did plan on selling it fast, id say around 20-30

If you forgot the dmg mod accidently post it, otherwise id risk salvaging it or selling it for about 10-15k to another to risk
