ok, i need a coujple more PC's here, because i saw another one req 10 without a dmg mod pc'd for higher than this, maybe a couple more quotes?

i pvp lots and -5 energy minus another 5= 22 energy to gain back instead of 12, with high energy weapon set add another 30, thats why

had a similar one, i would say ~15k

req 11 dmg +15% in stance Marksmanship +1 (16%)

dmg is +13%^50

i have a purple serpent axe req 9 dmg +12% vs hexed foes, if youd like to look

horn (dragon head) req 9 dmg +14% in stance tall sheild req 9 (tactics) health +45 while enchanted(only mod) break hammer req 8 dmg...

i trust malice but does anyone else wanna give a PC?
