Your best bet is to send a help ticket in at http://support.guildwars.com/. They'd have a much better idea what causes that error than anybody...

I'd take sykoone's advice and send a help ticket through GW's support website.

I had a similar problem, where some skill graphics were distorted, all crafting material images were missing, and certain items didn't show....
