Not really sure how much you can get for them, but they're not perfect.. 10/10 10/20 20/20 And 10/Shortens condition 20% Are perfect staff mods.

If it has no recharge / casting I'd merchant it, or try to salvage +5 Energy and sell that for 5k [Even at that price it's hard to sell].

I myself would just merchant it, or salvage for + 29 health pommel.
