Dunno if it helps much, but I just bought a req 8 14% enchted +5 armor for 15k. A few other people are having a hard time selling these as well...
100k+ Imho, but I am partial to ghostly skin staffs.
Nice staff, but the req might be a little high for most people. I would still hold out for 75-100k (cuz the mods and skin)
