I think u can try to ask around 5-8k for the staff itself, might be easier to sell than the +5 armor.

If it looks like many pieces falling apart then yes it's mursaat skin. Wait for more opinions then i'm not much into mursaat bows

Huh dunno my guess is around 40-45k could be very wrong though.
