K if it's max dmg then it's a lot more... not an expert on chaos i would say 25-30k..... but wait for 1 more opinion

1. i would salvage for the sundering mod....+15 while hexed is not great at all and far from max stats which is +20... or sell it for 5-8k 2....

Yes if you found a similar fell than go with that price...icy rather than defense makes no difference at all
