Wands come only with divine req... otherwise you can get a smiting rod. Same thing for staves.
I would value it around 40k just my 2 cents...
The bow itself nothing being far from max dmg... just salvage for one of the upgrades they're both good.
The divine is not so rare.... i would ask 3-4k for the earth wand and 1-2k for the chakram merchant the rest
It's not worth much because of the high req. and the fact that it's 13% while enchanted which is the least desiderable mod for rangers......
I'm pretty sure he's offering the storm bow for the rago....
I would try to salvage the +4 energy and sell it for 3-4k, the staff isn't worth much...
