That hammer doesn't exist, it can't have the fortitude+defense ups. Anyway merchant it, it has no dmg mods or salvage for +29.

Recharge is pretty useful for MM, I'd say around 50k.

3. don't think it's a rare skin, i would salvage. Getting 20k for it might be really hard.

Both are very nice items. 1. around 60-70k imo 2. would have been worth more if it was 9% recharging, but i guess still worth 150k. Wait for more...
