Only the Far Shiverpeaks are accessible in GWEN. Those are the Norn areas. Any thing other than that requires you to buy Prophecies.

Talk to one of the NPCs that hands out the Handbooks. You can "buy" the missing pages for 100g each. Note that it only works 1 time.

Check with a Priest of Balthazar to see what you've unlocked.
