lol no any axe can have 7 base damage but not max ones, i think the highest 7-x axes are either 7-20 or 7-22.

Yeah since monk focuses cant be modded to have +20% enchantments, this way they can get +5 eng and 20% enchantments and have say a 20/20 focus or...
