"CLEAN" Weapons. Don't overpay

In a galaxy far far away they merged the 100 posts about this question into one big post.... So, search is your friend....

1st one, you take 42 damage and get healed for 21 so above your head you will see -42 +21 2nd one, you take 0 damage and are healed for the amount...

As of last night drops have not seemed to change at all. I solo some missions for loot (farming). And I can say EVERY mob I kill drops something....
