Staff or a rod? I don't think staffs can have energy mods like that, I'm like 100% sure But if it is a staff, I'll bid 3k for the rarity.

I don't want to see any of you get scammed, #6 is actually from a quest (Villainy, if I do sadly remember). You cannot salvage either enhancement.
