Yeah N/MO's with aura of the lich sac enemies to death really really fast and you can use blood renewal for health

You can kill the dying nightmares b4 they finish rend enchantments or you could just bring a second monk for prot/smiting and nightmare scouting

I guess you could sac yourself and use blood renewal with 55 build and use ranger stances...but it probably wont work
