i'd merchant anything purple (apart from the ultra rares ie crystallines, dwarvens, etc) that has no mods worthy of attempting a salvage....

the one in high end is modded with 20/20 sundering and 20% enchanting although why the sundering is on is beyond me. as it's a non-max weapon,...
