If it has no inherent damage mod/is not inscribable then salvage the mods and merch. If inscribable then 4-5k imo.

Hmmm, a guildy got several 90-100k offers for a plat fire staff like this so I'm inclined to say 80k+. Inscription ones = t3h suck but canthan...
Sold a couple of the Canthan Fire staves for 15k each, don't have experience with the water staff but I'd say 10-15kish? Get a few more...
