the armor +8 vs earth is drawing a big blank in my head -- but i'd say ask for 20-25k, and see what kind of offers you get. An extra opinion...

My take is if you actually got a 200k offer on that rod, you should have taken it, right then and there!!! Imo, this is worth about 40-50k-ish.
