I think the first one is a poisoners eternal bow of warding req 9 13% above 50 health with +5 warding on it not sure. 2nd one looks like a longbow...

30-50k sounds about right although if you are a good seller you could squeeze a bit more out of it. But for a quick sale yeah right price.

low req but the hex is what will turn off people to bring it above 300k. I price this at 150-275k at most only because of low req and its max dmg...
