hello just need a vote for a good armor for stanced tank 80 AL + 20 vs physical attack? OR 85 AL + 10 vs physical attack... and why pls... ty

i was wondering, if u put more attribute greater than an items requirement will it have better effects? like for example if i have a req8 sword...
i thought it was just me & my sometimes crappy internet connection which is experiencing lag issues ingame, but then after i checked my ping...
