It's a 15/-1hp war axe with a vampiric (3/-1) haft (which can be removed), not a -2 hp regen axe. 1-2k imho: not very popular mod and req 10...

A bit less, I think. Many formerly rare skins r9s took a hit from the Zaishen chest; there are already a few r9 inscribable Mursaat bows around....
