PC gold flame artifact & shield w/ hp all the time

My eyes hurt trying to find the last .2%, tried everything, even a mod..no luck. Could use another set of eyes if someone could help me out.....

Randomly opened another .1%, still stuck 99.1%. Would someone mind taking a look at my map, please. Thanks

I did as you requested. Thank you for the help. I know I have some places in the challenge mission, although I didn't think I needed that area...

I have looked at other maps, I have done the comparisons, I've recovered paths and at 98%, I can't find my missing places. Seems doing...

Thanks for taking a look, some areas marked, I know I just cleared..so that will help me narrow it down some more. I would have never started this...
