I think you will have 105 hp when wielding ashes, am I right?

I have found 2x Merki's Gaze so far. In both cases, Merki was wielding an Outcast Shield. The other ~5 times I killed him, he didn't drop...

I think you can even do it without Ritual Lord, killing Merki in 30 seconds... Maybe you can try Painful Bond.
