i dont think there is a regen stat on bow, unless i missed some new updates there is however, +5 life steal/-1 degen mods and +1 energy/-1 degen mods

the sword is a quest item, thus it can not be salvaged. Anything crafted or dropped from dead monsters can be salvaged
