20k , i prefer the -5 energy or 15^50 to -10 armour and alotof others do too, if u get someone seeking the -10 armour (for whatever reason) then...

well, this is how i see it, ranger has expertise, and if it a bow dmg build your usualy gonna have alot of atribs on exp, so "max" energy...
