from what i read 10 is max in strength in most cases ... and it doesnt have a -# in stance/enchant/ or <%> ... 10k sounds right
1 30k ish ... wasnt worth modding its req 11 -_- 2 bad 15% always mod 10k or so ... dont mod it
^^ nods in agreement with bacon ... 1 pt makes a huge dif in prices
