agreed if you were modding it to sell it it would only increase for the price of the mods, so unless you can get them very cheap ... leave it XD

well id say merch not a popular % mod and its a hammer ... also throw in the req when asking for PC

its got the perf 20% ...sure its req 12 but hey its a cryst, 850k-1mil depending on if you found a collector , or a rich buyer that wants it for use

lets face it is a req 9 not 8 not 7 its only a -2 enchanted imo youd be lucky to get 10-15k out of it and id say the wand is 30k ish

cleaver = merch max for below 50 is 20%, and the hammer might be worth 8-12k depending ... not much market for them but it does have a +29 hp mod
